Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the installation and field service support for the full line of SANOVO equipment in the United States and Canada.[MB1]
Specifically, you will:
- Install the SANOVO line of Egg Processing equipment and Robotic Automation equipment sold in the U.S. and Canada[MB2]
- Provide Customer staff training on the proper operation and maintenance of the SANOVO line of Egg Processing equipment
- Service the SANOVO Line of Egg Processing equipment used by our installed base in the U.S. and Canada[MB3]
- Assist the customers with the set-up and maintenance of their replacement parts inventory required to support the equipment operating in the Customer’s processing facilities[MB4] [MB5] .

Candidate Profile:[MB6]
The ideal candidate is ambitious but responsible, quality conscious, thrives on working independently, is a competent communicator regardless of organizational level and strives to be the best at representing the company to our customers. We expect you to have the following skills:
Vocational education in basic mechanics and equipment electronics
Minimum of 2-year equipment service experience in the food industry (egg processing equipment preferred)
Technical background
Experience in handling the pressure of troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a production setting
Good communication skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely
Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
