Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for creating a warm and inviting environment. This position requires flexibility and availability for late-night hours, as we are a lively destination for both dining and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a smile and a positive attitude.

Manage reservations and walk-ins using our reservation system, ensuring an even and efficient seating flow.

Maintain an organized and clean host station and entrance area.

Provide accurate wait times and communicate seating arrangements effectively to guests.

Assist in creating a welcoming ambiance, working with the team to enhance the guest experience.

Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and the management team to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and energy during late-night shifts.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service is preferred but not required.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays as needed.
