TSV Logistics is hiring a professional Class A CDL driver to become the primary driver for a dedicated manufacturing account based in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
This is not a different customer, dispatcher, and destination every day. You will be assigned to a dedicated account, operate a dedicated tractor and pneumatic trailer pool, and regularly return to Mountain Home between scheduled regional runs.
The position is budgeted at $70,000 in annual base pay, plus health insurance, retirement benefits, and TSV’s other driver benefits.
The account is structured around one primary full-time driver, backup coverage, a dedicated tractor, and a pool of pneumatic dry bulk trailers.

About the WorkYou will primarily haul and pneumatically unload carbon black for an established manufacturing account. Most account activity is regional, with the core freight running between Mountain Home and Kansas, along with periodic runs involving Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas. Overnight travel will be required depending on the lane and customer schedule, but the operation is based in Mountain Home and designed around returning equipment to that location. This is a specialized, hands-on driving position. The driver will be responsible for:
- Safely operating a Class A tractor and pneumatic dry bulk trailer
- Operating the trailer blower or compressor, hoses, valves, and unloading equipment
- Making the correct silo connection and following all customer unloading procedures
- Protecting product integrity and keeping equipment clean
- Completing pre-trip, post-trip, and equipment inspections
- Accurately submitting bills of lading, delivery documents, and proof of delivery
- Communicating delays, equipment concerns, and customer issues promptly
- Following DOT, hours-of-service, PPE, and facility safety requirements
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
