Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Hold (or have applied for) a valid Professional Special Services License through the Colorado Department of Education
- Recent school-based psychology experience preferred
- Confident communication skills—ideally demonstrated through lively, engaging interviews
- Experience managing a caseload of approximately 40 students
- Ability to work onsite (remote/virtual not accepted)
- Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for student success
- Open to travel professionals who have researched the Littleton area and explored local housing options
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for students
- Conduct assessments and deliver intervention strategies
- Collaborate with special education coordinators, school principals, and other staff
- Participate in a 2-step interview process (SPED Coordinator, then School Principal)
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation for a moderate caseload
- Foster an open, supportive, and lively school environment
