Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse & Route Audit Associate to join our team.
The position plays an important role in our daily operation. The primary responsibility is to audit vending route trucks as drivers return at the end of their day. You will help make sure routes are accounted for, money bags match reported collections, missed accounts are addressed, trucks are clean and organized, and company equipment and fuel cards are properly secured.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying busy, notices detail, and is comfortable asking questions, and takes pride in keeping things organized.
VENDING ROUTE AUDIT
- Check in vending route drivers as they return from their routes.
- Review routes and ask drivers about missed accounts or incomplete stops.
- Verify that money bags are accounted for and match the driver's reported information.
- Check that trucks are clean, organized, and ready for the next day's route.
- Verify that the company's fuel card is stored in the designated visor location inside each truck.
- Communicate any concerns with management.
WAREHOUSE & SPECIAL ORDERS
- Pick and prepare products for special orders as needed.
- Assist with general warehouse organization.
- Help maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Help sort and organize food orders.
FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean & maintain employee bathrooms.
- Clean & maintain employee breakroom.
- Take out trash.
- Help keep common areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Assist with general end of day clenup.

- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Previous warehouse, vending, inventory, cash-handling, or route auditing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule & Pay
Monday - Friday
12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Starting Pay:$16.00 / hour
No weekends.
