Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Information Security Analysis experience and 3+ years of hands-on identity and access management experience.
- Required (International): Equivalent Information Security or IAM experience demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID;
- familiarity with ISO, NIST, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks
- strong organizational and customer service skills
- practical understanding of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- MS Excel proficiency
What You Will Be Doing
- Process and fulfill access requests through ticketing and workflow systems, including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning.
- Review access requests for completeness, appropriateness, and compliance with security policy and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Support joiner, mover, leaver (JML) activities and complex access scenarios.
- Manage queues and prioritize work to meet SLA, quality, and audit expectations.
- Execute access certifications, attestations, and remediation activities.
- Independently resolve routine access issues and escalate complex or high-risk exceptions.
- Collaborate with application owners, business partners, and IAM peers to resolve access issues.
- Support audit and regulatory reviews by providing documentation, evidence, and analysis.
- Identify trends or opportunities to improve IAM operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support IAM and identity governance platforms used for access administration and compliance.
