Cake Decorator:
The qualified candidate must have 5 - 10 years of experience as a cake decorator in a high volume bakery environment. Since the core of our business is wedding cakes, this individual must have knowledge of wedding cakes from beginning to end. Additional requirements include experience in preparing from scratch his or her own butter/whip cream and fondant. Successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in decorating with royal icing, gum paste/fondant and chocolate. Pulled sugar a plus. Candidate must be willing to provide references, name and phone number of former supervisors/managers upon request.
