About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics to meet production schedules, service levels, and cost targets
- Drive materials planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production support
- Oversee supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and freight agreements
- Lead and develop a team of buyers, a buyer assistant, a production scheduler, and a warehouse supervisor
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of materials data across systems, including ICCI database, Microsoft Access, and ERP platforms
- Lead ERP implementation, including data migration, process alignment, and user training
- Track and improve key performance indicators, including inventory turnover, supplier performance, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, IT, and customer service teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7 to 10 years of experience in materials management, purchasing, or supply chain operations within manufacturing
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing purchasing, warehouse, or materials teams
- Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts and driving cost savings
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, or similar, including implementation and training
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with Access or similar systems
- Experience in demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred

Compensation
Salary range: $105,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with strong long-term growth potential.
