Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $20.00 - 25.00 HR
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Unaccompanied Minors Program. This role involves performing a variety of administrative functions, including preparing correspondence and reports, answering and directing phone calls, and supporting daily office operations. The Administrative Assistant will also handle special projects as assigned by the program administrator, including helping to implement systems that improve program efficiency. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing and processing check requests.
Required Skills:
- HS/Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Excel, excellent organizational skills and professionalism.
- Demonstrates ability to complete assignments in a timely manner, and ability to take and follow directions carefully.
- Fluency in English & Spanish required
