Job Title: Cashier
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager
Our Cashiers create a welcoming experience by processing transactions quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, positive manner.
- Accurately process guest transactions at various resort outlets.
- Collect payments and issue correct change and receipts.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
- Provide excellent customer service to create a positive guest experience.
- Operates soda machines, scoops ice cream, and assists with boxing or preparing food items depending on the outlet’s operational needs.
- Assist with additional tasks in assigned areas during downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 14 years of age to apply.
- Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling cash and operating a register/POS system.
- Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 lbs.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
