We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent service to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment unit turns, including make-ready work for new move-ins
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance throughout the property
- Maintain common areas, amenities, and building systems
- Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification Required
- Previous multifamily, apartment, or general maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
