- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary
- Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Manage conflicts effectively to ensure safety
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
Qualifications Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV)
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Military experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security management is an advantage
