We are looking to expand our call taking center at Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. In this position you will be expected to perform the following;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels., in a professional manner
- Experience and navigating our scheduling/dispatching software (Service Titan)
- Schedule service calls and repairs
- Make outbound calls as needed
- Actively participate in continued training
-Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-High School diploma or GED
-Strong, friendly, confident and professional verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly relay information--no slang or informal language permitted
-Applicants must have perfect attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation with a strong work ethic
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and have excellent time management skills.
-Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently for up to 8 hours
-Ability to remain calm and positive when handling customer concerns or complaints
-Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-A customer - first mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
-Fluent in English, and if you know Spanish, that would be a HUGE PLUS! (but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
