NuAire, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Crew Leader to oversee cabinet packing operations to ensure daily production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Performs a variety of packaging and inspection tasks for standard products, including the use of tools to clean, fit, fasten, and properly pack cabinets.
Conducts final quality inspections to verify that all packed cabinets meet required specifications and company standards. Provides daily direction, support, and guidance to team members, promoting a safe, accurate, and productive work environment.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
The salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education / Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of experience (experience with NuAire’s products preferred)
Specific Job Knowledge
- Able to pack of standard products.
- Able to add options to products.
- Able to inspect standard products.
- Forklift or Big Joe license preferred.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Package all standard products with the use of work instructions.
- Read and interpret all standard label drawings.
- Read work order and select proper options.
- Select and applies correct product labels.
- Train others in department.
- Other duties as assigned by his supervisor and/or packing lead.

Responsibility
- Work with a minimal amount of supervision.
- Record time on job assignments.
- Complete job assignments on time.
- Follow all safety rules; including using all recommended personal protection equipment.
- Perform in-process and finished product inspection.
- Instruct packaging procedures.
- Assign and communicate work direction from supervisor.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
