some one who Leads and drives store sales performance by setting goals, coaching team members, and implementing effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
some one who owns overall sales performance of the store, motivating and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving and surpassing sales goals
some one who Manages and develops a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing coaching, setting clear expectations, and fostering a customer-focused environment that drives sales growth
Compensation is hourly rate and commission
