Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples safely and efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and compliance with clinic protocols. This role plays a vital part in supporting our diagnostic and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide reassurance to patients, explain blood draw procedures, and ensure a comfortable experience.
- Blood Collection: Use technical equipment to safely collect blood samples and apply proper dressings post-procedure.
- Sample Handling: Properly label, register, and store blood samples according to clinic and laboratory guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including sample tracking and test results.
- Clinic Organization: Ensure the phlebotomy area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Address patient questions about the collection process and provide educational resources as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with providers, reception staff, and the office manager to streamline operations and ensure timely sample processing.
Qualifications & Skills
Certified & Experienced: Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent, with prior experience in phlebotomy.
Patient-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills to comfort patients and provide an exceptional care experience.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately label, track, and handle specimens.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and laboratory systems.
Organized & Efficient: Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
Preferred Experience: 1+ years in a clinical, wellness, or longevity-focused medical setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
