The Human Resources (HR) Director serves as the primary contact for general HR related issues and questions while providing support and guidance to the employees and the operations leadership team. They will ensure compliance with our policies and procedures and contribute to the broader organization strategies, initiatives and overall business objectives. This role requires a strong HR generalist background with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels. This position will also assist business units in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. - Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budget development, workforce cost planning, and disciplined expense management.
- Proven experience supporting complex, multi-entity or multi-division organizations with diverse operational structures.
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address complex organizational challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence, present to executive leadership, and deliver clear organizational messaging.

Bachelor’s degree in business and/or HR related field
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential
