Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and food running to ensure timely service for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for new guests
- Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and guest transactions
- Provide excellent in-person customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Experience with cleaning, bussing, and general kitchen maintenance tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $24.69 - $29.74 per hour
