At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Proven track record of success in timeshare sales.
- A minimum of 2 years’ front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to acquire an active State of Hawaii Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.
- 2 + years' front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
- 2 years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
- Active Hawaii State Real Estate License.
