Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week contract assignment at Tygart Center. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents' conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Active LPN License
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work the scheduled night shifts
