Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Bemidji, MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
The Role:
We need a sales representative to manage our established client portfolio, and identify new regional business opportunities. You will walk into an active client list of businesses while also taking the initiative to find new clients in our area. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their communication needs are met and their projects move forward seamlessly.
What You Will Do:
- Take the lead on managing, maintaining, and growing our current client accounts.
- Proactively research, connect with, and develop new commercial relationships to build your territory.
- Work with businesses and organizations to design two-way radio and wireless systems that fit their needs.
- Put together bids, estimates, and project proposals.
- Work side-by-side with our tech team to make sure orders are designed and delivered well.
What We Are Looking For:
- Solid experience in business-to-business sales or technical sales. Experience selling technology, telecom, or industrial gear is a huge plus.
- Balance to maintain steady client relationships while looking for new business at the same time.
- Someone who can talk tech to business owners without making it confusing.
- High energy, self-motivated, and completely trustworthy.
- Requirements: Must pass a comprehensive background check and possess US citizenship for work with government clients.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
