The Sandbox Place is hiring a dependable and motivated team member to take an active role in daily operations and customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is interested in growing within a small business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility (sweeping, vacuuming, sanitizing, toy resets, sand maintenance)
- Provide excellent customer service to children and caregivers
- Operate POS system and handle transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stocking
- Support membership sales and customer retention
- Open and close the facility independently
- Host and assist with birthday parties and special events
Pay:
- $11/hour during training period
- $14–$15/hour after training completion (based on performance and experience)
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Available for weekends and flexible scheduling
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
