Axiom Family of Companies (AFC), based out of Kansas City, has three separate companies under the AFC banner: Axiom Equities, Axiom Property Management, and Swyft Property Care. AFC is a fast-growing company focused primarily on the multi-family industry that was founded in 2013 and currently has roughly 120 associates across the Kansas City Metro. Our corporate home office is located in the West Bottoms of Kansas City, Missouri.

Human Resources Generalist
AFC has an immediate opportunity for an entry level Human Resources Generalist to help the Chief Meaning Officer in conducting human resource-related functions and in maintaining and deepening our company culture.
The responsibilities of the position will include assisting with:
- Full cycle recruiting and vetting of multifamily on-site office (leasing agents, office managers, etc.) and maintenance roles (grounds and make ready technicians, etc.), HVAC technicians, and lawn care roles (mow technicians, leads, etc.) with an emphasis on entry level roles.
- Bi-weekly payroll administration and oversight of 3rd party and in-house time entry systems
- Company compliance: safety training and reporting, unemployment, workers compensation, record keeping, etc.
- Culture opportunities- onboarding, recruit and associate reviews, associate development initiatives, quarterly meetings, community partner relationship, annual award celebration, company swag, etc.
- Company benefits offerings- annual enrollment, point of contact for associate questions, etc.
- Associate relations activities – workplace concerns, investigations, complaints, performance management, conflict resolution, and documentation.
- Oversight of company HR website and Associate Handbook
**$50,000 to $55,000 plus quarterly bonuses and monthly cell phone allowance**
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant and well-rounded corporate HR experience
- B.S. in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP, and Multifamily experience a plus
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HR-related software systems.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
