Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems, including handling cash drawers and performing cashiering duties.
- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing and collections when necessary.
- Maintain precise records through data entry, ensuring all sales, transactions, and customer interactions are properly documented.
- Manage retail math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and change while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance store presentation.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with strong customer service skills.
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and financial software operations.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan collections.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately using 10 key typing skills and process cash transactions efficiently.
- Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and cash drawer management to ensure secure and accurate financial exchanges.
- Knowledge of financial software applications relevant to retail operations and cash management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to engage customers effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
