Assistant Community Manager – Tennessee

Minimum Qualifications (Please do not apply unless you meet all minimum requirements):
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. (Additional vocational or college education is a plus.) Computer literacy is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing, hospitality, or sales.
- Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. (Bilingual English proficiency is preferred.)
- Organization: Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and complete assignments on time.
- Punctuality: Consistent on-time attendance is required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background screening.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
