Maintenance Director
Pine Knoll Nursing Center is a small family owned skilled nursing center located in historic Lexington. We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to be part of our growing team. Very competitive salary, benefits and a wonderful working environment
Qualifications
- Nursing home experience preferred.
- HVAC certification strongly preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and Life Safety regulations.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and oversees the physical plant of the nursing center
- Manages landscaping and snow removal contractors
- Maintains Life Safety logs
- Implements Emergency preparedness throughout the building
- Able to repair minor items
- Knowledge in state and federal regulations helpful
- Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program
- Report directly to the Executive Director

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
