Summit Youth Academy is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Care Staff. We are a juvenile residential treatment facility serving males ages 9–17 who need specialized support for behavioral challenges, criminal behavior, and related issues.
As a 24/7 facility, we offer multiple shift options and set scheduling for our staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 19 years old (licensing requirement)
- Ability to stand throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
