## General Responsibilities (All Positions):
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures

## Position-Specific Responsibilities:
### Line Cook
- Prepare and cook menu items (pasta, grill, sauté, salad)
- Set up and maintain cooking stations
- Follow recipes and food safety standards
### Server
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Provide attentive and friendly service
- Handle payments and ensure guest satisfaction
### Busser
- Clear and reset tables quickly
- Assist servers and maintain dining area cleanliness
### Bartender
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock
- Check IDs and follow alcohol regulations
### Host / Hostess
- Greet and seat guests
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Provide a welcoming first impression
### Manager
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage staff and schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Maintain inventory and restaurant standards

## Safety & Sanitation:
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper food handling and storage
- Prevent cross-contamination
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized
- Use equipment safely and report hazards immediately
- Follow all health department regulations
