The Wilbury, quickly becoming one of Tallahassee's favorite hangouts, is seeking a full time assistant manager to run our BBQ food program next door at Updraft. A potential hire must be competent in food service applications such as food prep, running a line, organization and cleanliness, inventory, food ordering, good communication skills, as well as effectively scheduling employees in accordance to labor cost / quality of service goals. This is a 40 hour a week job and late nights are frequent. 30-35 hours a week (sometimes more if we are short staffed) is expected on shift while the rest can be spent handling the other aspects of the job. Health insurance is offered after 3 months of employment as well as 2 weeks paid vacation time per year after 6 months of employment.
