Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server / bartender for a full time morning position. A great personality and the ability to deal with bar patrons as a must.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Serve alcohol
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
