The Role
As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be an essential part of the store team — the first face customers see and a key reason they leave happy. Working side by side with our Sales Representatives, you’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and setting the tone for a great experience
- Managing inbound calls and connecting customers with the right solutions
- Demonstrating devices and walking customers through product features
- Setting up accessories and getting customers ready to go
- Diagnosing and resolving basic device and service issues
- Delivering reliable, friendly customer service at every touchpoint
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Completing CRM entries and supporting back-office record-keeping

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for technology and a knack for explaining it clearly
- Confident communicator in person and over the phone
- Organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required — we hire for potential
