Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. This position is for 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to handle various front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle reservations via phone systems and online platforms, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.
