What You'll Do
Analyze & Report Data

Partner with business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
-
Define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.

Explore and validate data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.

Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support business initiatives.
Build Dashboards & Reporting Solutions

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.

Use DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling to create reliable reporting solutions.

Create clear, user-friendly visualizations that help teams make informed decisions.

Manage Power BI workspaces and publishing to ensure reports are organized and accessible.
Support Data Infrastructure

Write and optimize SQL queries and database views.

Partner with the Business Intelligence Developer to support ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

Apply data warehouse best practices, including star and snowflake schema design.

Configure security, data refresh schedules, gateways, and reporting performance enhancements.
Improve Data Governance & Adoption

Create and maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and documentation.

Monitor dashboard usage and gather feedback to improve reporting solutions.

Support user training and encourage adoption of self-service analytics tools.

Follow data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business analysis, or a related role.

Experience building reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure data services.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

Experience working in a membership-based organization.
