Triumph Roofing Solutions is currently looking to add 3-5 individuals to our team of Sales Representatives/Project Managers to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting the metropolitan area.
Our company’s rapid expansion is credited to our relentless effort in ensuring we operate with the utmost integrity and quality craftsmanship. We put a strong focus point on our team, ensuring they have all the resources and training to be successful in this industry.
To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 3-5 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in project management, construction, or roofing (preferred but not required)
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Training:
We deliver the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient Project Managers within 2 weeks. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
