We’re a high-performing personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, seeking a sharp, organized, and driven Lead Intake Specialist to lead and enhance our intake process. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—ensuring every inquiry is handled professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake interviews with potential clients and sign them efficiently
- Evaluate potential claims based on personal injury case criteria
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Manage documentation, data entry, and legal administrative tasks
- Analyze and bring in new lead sources and marketing ideas
- Maintain accurate records and ensure follow-up with leads
- On call weekends when needed
- Contribute to internal goals for client acquisition and satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury law
- Strong knowledge of personal injury legal processes and terminology
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with care
- Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and intake systems
- Self-starter who is coachable, organized, and results-driven
