About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Gardener to join our maintenance crew. This hands-on field position focuses on detailed garden care for both residential and commercial properties. You’ll work alongside a skilled team that values attention to detail, plant health, and creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prune shrubs and small trees to maintain plant health and appearance
- Perform seasonal planting and provide ongoing plant care
- Weed, deadhead, and maintain garden beds
- Assist with mulching, property cleanups, and occasional general maintenance tasks
- Safely use hand tools and light landscape equipment
- Follow direction from crew leaders and collaborate effectively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn
- Some experience with plant care, pruning, or gardening preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday with 7:00–8:00 AM start times
- 8–10 hour shifts depending on daily route
- Occasional Saturdays during spring and fall peak seasons
