Call Center Agent Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$19.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Make outbound calls to inactive or lapsed customers using provided call lists and scripts.

Engage customers, identify reasons for inactivity, and provide information on products or services.

Address customer questions and overcome objections to encourage reactivation.
Call Center Agent Qualifications:
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers professionally.

Previous customer service, call center, sales, or phone-based experience preferred but not required.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling customer objections.

Ability to follow scripts, accurately document conversations, and learn product information quickly.
