What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair major residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Provide clear, confident communication with customers — explain issues, solutions, and estimates professionally.
- Work independently in the field with full support from our in-office team.
- Manage your time efficiently to meet daily service goals.
- Keep your service van stocked and organized.
- Document service reports, collect payments, and recommend follow-up work as needed.
Who You Are:
A self-starter who takes ownership of your work without needing to be micromanaged.
- Someone who sets goals and pushes to exceed them — both in service quality and performance.
- Experienced in appliance repair (or mechanically inclined and eager to learn).
- A confident communicator who’s great with customers.
- Comfortable working in homes, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving appliances safely.
- Clean, valid driver’s license required.
