Job Description
The Shift Lead is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily park operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Shift Lead supports team performance, enforces safety standards, and drives operational efficiency in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Daily Operations
- Act as Manager on Duty when senior leadership is not present
- Oversee park flow, staffing, and guest experience during shifts
- Delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Team Leadership & Training
- Train, coach, and hold Flight Crew accountable to safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- Provide real-time feedback and support team development
- Promote a positive, high-energy team environment
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives a safe, fun, and memorable experience
- Support party and event execution, ensuring organization and timeliness
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Cash Control & Administrative Duties
- Open and close the park, including tills and deposits
- Monitor cash handling procedures and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate daily reporting and shift documentation
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all park safety rules and operational procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of attractions and equipment
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks
Inventory & Operations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels (socks, wristbands, supplies, etc.)
- Ensure the park is clean, stocked, and operationally ready at all times
Incident Response
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents or injuries
- Complete accurate and thorough incident reports

This role is designed as a pathway into higher leadership positions. Shift Leads will gain experience in team management, operations, safety compliance, and guest experience, preparing them for future growth into Assistant General Manager and General Manager roles.
Position Details

- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
