Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician with the organization and people (soft) skills to help turn our proven system into a household name. Once you join our team, we will start training as technician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services to people of all ages especially children and experience working with hair, and have the opportunity for upward mobility for a willing and candidate.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate hand strength and dexterity while performing a range of technical services such as hair combing, hair braiding, application of blow drier, and oil product
- Accurate record keeping during each treatment is essential. Also attentiveness and meticulous clean up during treatments and between clients is required
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients of lice treatment products and follow up care
- Communicate effectively with clients to arrive at their location when they are expecting, put them at ease, understand their needs and provide tailored services
- Utilize expertise in teamwork and positive /peaceful communication with children to enhance client experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hair care is preferred (personal or professional)
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional service
- Ability to maintain positive temperament to support the client and team effectively
- Knowledge of lice treatment procedures is a plus
To be considered, candidate must have reliable transportation, and communicate your availability each week, updating it online when needed. This management training opportunity has the opportunity to increase to a $30/ hour position within a couple months for a quick learner and $40-60/hr for a brand representative with great presentation and organization skills.
