Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Position: Mid- Level, Full-Time.
The Opportunity
Growing ecommerce business seeks an enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager to join the team. In this position, you’ll be managing Forty Five Ten’s e-commerce platform. It’s an ideal position for a fashion-focused individual who is retail-minded and finds satisfaction in building ways of working and managing projects from end to end. You will work closely with an array of teams located at the Downtown Dallas store to plan, execute, and own Forty Five Ten’s website.

This role reports to Forty Five Ten’s President with a dotted line to the VP of Marketing. You’ll work in-person in our Downtown Dallas main office.

- Has luxury retail experience with a strong knowledge of fashion (preferred, but not a must)
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Manager, your role will include an assortment of tasks that are engaging and collaborative. These will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading e-commerce product asset production which includes:
Organizing product pulls for e-comm photography alongside FFT’s Fashion Directors + Marketing Team.
Managing the activity of FFT’s team of freelancers (photographers, copywriters, and developers) to ensure adherence to the channel’s goals.
Uploading all site content and products based on marketing and product launch calendars.
- Owning order fulfillment + inventory management duties which include:
- Pulling daily order exports from Shopify.
- Daily inventory imports.
- Fulfilling orders in conjunction with FFT store team.
- Executing and reviewing merchandise presentations on-site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and tags are accurate and aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Working with marketing team to do site refreshes in line with marketing cadence.
· Assist with other areas of the wider business, as defined by the management team.
- Owning and managing customer relations in conjunction with the FFT store team to ensure a seamless and frictionless customer experience.
- Driving sales performance of the channel with data analysis, monthly reporting on KPIs, ad hoc reporting, and strategies that leverage sales-related insights.
The Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3+ years in a similar role. Luxury retail experience a plus.
· High proficiency in Shopify and Excel
· Mid-level proficiency in Liquid and HTML/CSS
· Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
· Interest in fashion, e-commerce trends and data analytics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
