What You’ll Do
As a Residential Youth Counselor you’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting youth ages 5–18 in our Residential Treatment Program. You will:
- Provide daily supervision, care, and support for residents in a structured, therapeutic setting.
- Lead fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate group activities that promote life skills and positive behavior.
- Support individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by our clinical team.
- Model healthy coping skills and problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation and communicate progress to the team.

Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred (eligible for $22/hr starting rate)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with children or adolescents preferred - with adjustment for previous relevant experience
- Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain all required clearances
Schedule
- 1st Shift - Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Part-Time)
- 1st Shift - Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Part-Time)
