Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role is essential in fostering a love for learning and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential through engaging activities and individualized attention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns related to child welfare.
- Participate in early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning through play and exploration.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young children.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education and physical activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
