GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist with inventory tracking, preparation and serving of food items. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or its equivalent
-
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
-
Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
- Experience in the use and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment
-
Knowledge of ingredients, supplies and methods used in cooking
-
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations for chemical use in the kitchen
