Bedliner Spray Technician – Mil‑Spec Bedliner Application

Cape Fear Customs is hiring a Bedliner Spray Technician to join our growing team. We spray Mil‑Spec bedliner, a premium, high‑durability coating used on truck beds and specialty applications. This role is perfect for someone with autobody or automotive paint experience who wants stable hours, a clean work environment, and a clear path for skill development.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and perform sanding, taping, and masking on trucks and other vehicles
- Prepare surfaces to professional standards before coating
- Once trained and competent, learn to spray Mil‑Spec bedliner material
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with our team to ensure consistent, high‑quality results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in autobody work, automotive painting, or similar hands‑on vehicle prep
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to learn new techniques and follow established processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced shop environment
