Lead design and delivery of enterprise solutions with cross-functional integration across HCM and ERP platforms. Responsible for driving HCM technology strategy, architecture, and execution across large-scale transformation programs, with strong integration into ERP domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of solutions with cross-functional integration across HCM and ERP platforms
- Own HCM technology architecture and delivery across implementations and managed services
- Drive end-to-end solutioning across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, Talent) and ERP integrations (Financials, SCM)
- Serve as senior technical authority for integrations (OIC), data migration (HDL), Fast Formulas, reporting (BI/OTBI), and security frameworks
- Lead client-facing solution design sessions and align technical architecture to business requirements
- Oversee global delivery teams (onshore, offshore, NSA) ensuring quality, timeline, and cost adherence
- Partner with functional leadership to bridge business requirements with technical execution
- Drive integration strategy ensuring seamless data flow between HCM and ERP platforms
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client expansion initiatives
- Establish delivery standards, reusable assets, and best practices across engagements
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technology (Fusion Cloud preferred)
- Strong expertise in integrations (OIC), Fast Formulas, HDL, reporting, and data conversion
- Proven experience leading large-scale HCM implementations with ERP integration components
- Experience managing global, cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with ERP modules (Financials, Projects, SCM) integrated with HCM
- Deep expertise in Payroll and OTL (US/UK preferred)
- Experience with transformation programs and multi-workstream delivery
- Exposure to workforce management, scheduling, and payroll integrations
Leadership Scope:
- Own technical delivery across HCM workstreams for strategic programs (e.g., Regal)
- Lead and mentor architects, leads, and senior consultants
- Act as escalation point for architecture, delivery risks, and technical challenges
- Drive alignment across HCM and ERP solution domains
