Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of Service rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry operations efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing
- Handle dry cleaning tasks with care, ensuring delicate fabrics are treated appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and supply areas to ensure smooth operations
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for daily needs
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry procedures to prevent accidents or damage
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold high standards of hygiene
Experience
- Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of laundry processes, including washing techniques and dry cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safety practices in a hospitality environment or similar setting
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in all tasks
