Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting health and wellness services that meet their needs.
- Conduct engaging tours to showcase features and benefits of various health services and wellness items.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth customer service processes.
- Upsell complementary services by identifying customer needs and explaining service advantages to enhance their experience.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing to encourage sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Cleaning rooms thoroughly between each guest

Requirements
- Prior sales experience, preferably in service, membership based, or health-focused environments.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that support team collaboration preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of health or fitness services is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive customer experiences.
- Age 21+ required
