Position: Slot Supervisor Hourly: $19.75 per hour, Negotiable Location: Gaming Division Reports to: Slot Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and train slot attendants, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor the condition of slot machines, identifying any issues or areas for improvement.
- Adhere to all rules, regulations, procedures, and policies of the casino and Slot Department.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attend all assigned meetings and wear an approved departmental uniform.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in reporting to work.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Document and report all repairs performed on gaming machines accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests.
- Perform duties of a slot attendant as required and any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Education:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License.
- Must have at least one year of full-time supervisory experience or two (2) years of step-up supervisory experience.
- The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
- Pass a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB).
- Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment, work independently and meet strict timelines.
- Must have demonstrated ability to maintain satisfactory working records in any prior or current employment.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and health screening.
- Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a satisfactory working record.
- Must be able to work with various people with diverse personalities.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Constant hand movements and repetitive motions.
- Frequent standing, walking, occasional bending, squatting, crawling, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving objects weighing over 90 pounds.
- Occasional climbing of stairs and ladders.
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
- The work area is smoke-free, with varied noise levels and is dust-free.
