We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement Project Manager to oversee and manage landscape projects from conception to completion. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee landscape maintenance and enhancement projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for landscape design and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple landscape maintenance and enhancement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of landscape professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with sales and design teams to develop and implement project plans that reflect client vision and environmental considerations.
- Budget Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies for all projects.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and maintenance standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, including timelines, budget updates, and resource requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in the landscape design and construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages preferred.
- Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.
